Refund policy
If Octoolo does not work for you, you get your money back.
The 7-day free trial: nothing to refund
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and if you cancel before it ends, you are never charged at all. You can cancel from your account on octoolo.com or from the link in Paddle's email.
Your first payment: 30 days
Every new subscription has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund all of it, no questions asked.
Renewals: 14 days
If a renewal charged you when you meant to cancel, on any plan, ask within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.
How to ask
Write to hello@octoolo.com from the email address you subscribed with, or reply to your receipt. Telling us what did not work is welcome but not required: often we can fix it.
You can also ask Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly at paddle.net.
How you are paid back
Refunds are made by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription ends at once, and the apps that need it close on your computers.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights consumer law gives you, such as the right to withdraw from a purchase in the EU and the UK, and does not limit them.
