Free without a subscription
Productivity, Text Studio and Calculator work without a subscription, for as long as you like. Every other app needs Octoolo Cloud, which you can try free for 7 days.
How the free trial and billing work
Start the 7-day free trial on the plan you like. You give a payment method at the start, and nothing is charged for 7 days. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged. If you keep it, the plan's price is charged when the trial ends.

Prices are in US dollars. Each plan renews on its own at the end of its period until you cancel. Tax depends on where you live: in the EU, the UK and many other countries VAT is included in the price, and in the US sales tax is added at checkout. The total is always shown before you pay.
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, sends your receipts, handles tax, and helps with billing questions together with us.
You can cancel, change plan or update your payment method at any time from the link in your receipt email, from your account, or by writing to hello@octoolo.com. After cancelling, Octoolo Cloud keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

If Octoolo is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days. The details are in our refund policy.

What is the difference between the plans?
Only how often you pay. Monthly is $4.99 a month; every 3 months is $13.47 ($4.49 a month, 10% less); yearly is $47.90 ($3.99 a month, 20% less). Every plan has every app.
How does the free trial work?
You choose a plan and give a payment method, and nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan starts when it ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from your account or the link in your receipt email. The change takes effect from your next payment.
Which apps are free?
Productivity, Text Studio and Calculator work without a subscription. Every other app needs Octoolo Cloud.
Are taxes included in the price?
It depends on where you live. In the EU, the UK and many other countries, VAT is included in the price; in the US, sales tax is added at checkout. The total is shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
With the payment methods Paddle's checkout offers in your country, such as cards and PayPal.
How do I cancel?
From your account, from the link in your receipt email, or write to hello@octoolo.com. You keep Octoolo Cloud until the end of the period you paid for.
Will the price go up?
If it ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
