Excel and CSV files

Spreadsheets opens .xlsx files and saves them as .xlsx. It reads CSV and TSV files, guessing the separator and turning numbers, dates and amounts into real values, and saves any sheet as a CSV. Charts, merged cells, pivot tables and pictures are not in it yet: when a workbook has them, Octoolo says so as it opens and asks before saving over the original. Old .xls files must be saved as .xlsx in Excel first.
